Get your finances organized

As you begin the search for a home, we want to ensure that all of your finances are perfectly lined up. Our recommended network of lenders and financial experts will help determine how much you can afford to put down on a home and make sure you are pre-approved for a loan. By doing all of this we want to secure your spot as a serious contender in the market.

Look for a new home

Here is where the fun begins. From the big stuff all the way down to the small details, we’ll create a list of everything you are looking for in a home. We’ll match up your wants, budget and the community and show you properties with everything you are looking for. This is the best part of the whole process so remember to have fun!

Make an offer and negotiate

Now that you have your mind set on a specific property you’ll need to make an offer. We’ll help you formulate a fair offer using market-based data and draw up the purchase agreement. Then, through smart negotiating on your behalf, we’ll make sure you aren’t spending any more than you need to. If things don’t work out then we are ready to move onto the next offer.

Conduct an inspection

Once your offer is accepted, you have the option of requesting an inspection. If you want to, we’ll send an independent inspector to fully check the condition of the home. Because it detects issues that aren’t apparent on a simple walk-through, a home inspection is a powerful negotiating tool and some of the best insurance you can ever get on a property.

Get final financial approval

While this step can become complicated, we use our expertise to keep the crucial final steps on loan approval as simple as possible. Through regular monitoring of the sale, we keep you fully aware of any unexpected funds that could be presented. We’ll also handle all of the post-closing paperwork to make the process as smooth as possible.

Celebrate!

Expect to sign a handful of paperwork. Getting through escrow might seem never ending but we promise to hold your hand every  step of the way. A final walk-through will be conducted a few days before closing and once both parties sign closing statements, the keys are yours! Now it is time to relax and celebrate your new home and new beginnings.
